Advocate, Founder & Managing Partner
Faraji founded Uphill Attorneys in 2016 to provide excellent legal services across Tanzania. He leads the civil division, overseeing family law, land transactions, commercial work, and every mandate affecting the firm.
He holds a PG Dip L.P from the Law School of Tanzania and an LL.B. from TUDARCo, and is admitted to the High Court of Tanzania. He is also a Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths, and a member of TLS and EALS. His prior experience includes serving as Company Secretary at Tiktok Company Limited and litigating with Zenith Attorneys and the Resident Magistrate Court at Kinondoni.
