Advocate, Founder & Managing Partner
Mr. Faraji founded Uphill Attorneys in 2016 with a vision to provide excellent legal services. He leads the civil division, handling family law, land transactions, commercial matters, and every mandate affecting the firm.
He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania and an LL.B. from Tumaini University Dar es Salaam College (TUDARCo). He is admitted to the High Court of Tanzania, serves as a Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths, and is a member of TLS and EALS.
Besides that, he is a Member Tanganyika Law Society (TLS) and East African Law Society (EALS).
Prior to founding of the firm, Mr. Faraji has worked with Tiktok Company Limited as Company Secretary. He attended his internship at Zenith Attorneys (Private Law firm) as legal officer trainee, as well as at Resident Magistrate Court at Kinondoni as legal trainee, whilst at the Law School of Tanzania wherein he acquired vast experience in litigation.
Currently, Mr. Faraji assist the day to day duties of the firm; he is responsible for the civil division in the law firm, wherein he is in-charge of inter alia family law, land transactions, commercial and all matters affecting the firm.
